School is out, Art School is back!

Two weeks of creative fun for Primary School children, developing children's creativity, fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, engaging problem-solving skills and helping to express a child’s feelings in a creative way.

Calling all aspiring artists! Are your kids constantly drawing on the walls, doodling in class, or just overall love to create? Well, we've got the perfect camp for them! Saltaire Art School's art camp is finally here, all the fun of a summer camp, but with fewer mosquito bites and more paint brushes.

During this wonderful, creative adventure, your little Van Goghs and Picassos will get to explore their creativity through a wide variety of art forms like painting, drawing, typography, and even printmaking (so they can finally make you a matching set of art for the living room and the bathroom).

Saltaire Art School's amazing art teacher, who probably majored in "how to deal with kids" in college, will guide them every step of the way and teach them new techniques, tips and tricks to unleash their inner artist and make awesome art. There'll also be group projects because let's face it, art is always better with friends. Who knows, they might even make some friends that don't constantly borrow their markers.

The camp will take place in our fully equipped studio at Salts Works, with all the necessary tools and materials, so there's no need to raid your home art supplies.

And the best part, you will end with a selection of beautiful works to replace that poster of a waterfall in your living room.

The camp is open for children ages 5-10 and will be held at Salts Works.
