Conveniently located just a minute's walk from the centre of Saltaire, Split's coworking space is a friendly, well-equipped space that offers an affordable alternative to the kitchen table / spare room / basement / that bit of windowsill you've had to squeeze your laptop onto for the past year.

The space features superfast internet, free meeting space, kitchen access and (crucially) a cracking coffee machine with free North Star coffee.

Common Questions

When can I access the space?

Initially the space will be open 9:00am—5:30pm Monday to Friday for part time members, with more flexible working times to full time members.

Do you offer dedicated office space?

We don't, no. But there are some brilliant local spaces that do, including the ever-lovely Assembly in Bradford with separate office spaces up for grabs.

Can I hire the space for meetings / conferences?

Outside of office hours, Split's space will be available to hire at weekends and with its large central desk and projection facilities is perfect for conferences and larger meetings. For other space hire options, see the People Powered Press' space hire page.

Is there a trial period?

Sure thing. We can do a trial for a day for you. From then on, our typical cancellation policy is one month's notice. Feel free to drop us a line to talk through what you need though.

Having always loved making and sharing creative spaces, opening Salts Works represents the culmination of a long-held dream to create a shared community workspace in Saltaire.
